YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

We hope that with dedicated organizing efforts and passionate volunteers, we will create a network of local chapters across the state to prepare our communities to strike back. Our greatest power under capitalism is our labor and the right to withhold it. Our greatest strength under an exploitative system is community. The only way we can win is together.

If you'd like to start a local chapter in Montana, reach out to genstrikemt@proton.me or via our Contact page, and a volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible. We can share resources, provide insights and feedback, and connect you with other folks already organizing with us located near you.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

1. Join our Discord to connect with other GSMT organizers, find resources, and learn about the movement.
2. Attend our bi-weekly meetings to hear about what we're doing as a chapter and more ways to plug in. All chapter meetings are listed on the Calendar page.
3. Join a GSUS Northern Regional Team on Discord to help with organizing across the Northwest. Teams include: Action Planning, Outreach, Strategy, Mutual Aid, Education, and Communications.
4. Become a Montana Chapter Facilitator to help lead meetings, run social media pages, guide new members into roles, and more. This role requires a vetting process. Please reach out via email or our Contact page if interested.
5. Spread the word! We only succeed if each of us steps up to take the initiative in organizing our communities.
